Mary
Claire Chase,
President, founded the firm in 2000 and brings over 20 years of
experience in the recruitment of top executives working principally for
Financial Services and Management Consulting firms, including Putnam
Investments, Arthur D. Little, Inc., The Forum Corporation, Innovation
Associates, Inc., and others. Prior to launching Chase Partners, Ms. Chase served as Senior Vice President, Director of Executive Search for Putnam Investments, where she filled senior executive positions in all areas of the company, including investments, institutional and mutual fund sales and marketing, corporate development, finance, operations, systems, legal and human resources. Ms. Chase also has held senior recruitment and human resources positions at Arthur D. Little, Inc., where she served as Director of Global Staffing and Development, leading the corporation’s recruitment and management development efforts; The Forum Corporation, as Director of Human Resources; Lechmere, Inc., a division of Dayton Hudson Corporation, as Director of Executive Staffing and Development; and Jordan Marsh Company, as Human Resources Manager. Ms. Chase graduated magna cum laude from Boston College. |
